Resistive load banks developed and designed specifically to meet the needs of intermediate and advanced commissioning tests in Data Centers, being widely applicable to Integrated Systems Testing (IST), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Pre-Commissioning, Equipment-Level Commissioning, and Subsystem Testing activities, normally associated with commissioning levels 3, 4, and 5.
These equipments enable safe, controlled, and stable simulation of electrical loads, essential for system validation. Modules with power ratings of 40 and 100 kW with capacity to operate at voltages up to 480V with frequencies from 50 to 400 Hz.

Massive Data Center testing consists of the simultaneous application of a large quantity of load banks, typically ranging from dozens to more than one hundred units, strategically distributed throughout the environment to simulate the total load and thermal density specified in the design. This methodology is widely used during SAT, Pre-Commissioning, Subsystem Testing (Level 3 / Level 4), and, in many cases, as a preparatory or complementary stage to Integrated Systems Testing (IST), enabling real validation of the electrical chain to the final distribution point, including busbars, PDBs, PDUs, and rack circuits, while simultaneously subjecting cooling systems to thermal stress equivalent to full IT operation. Massive Data Center testing enables verification of phase balancing, installed capacity, behavior under continuous and transient load, as well as airflow efficiency, raised floor pressurization, hot aisle / cold aisle performance and containment, making it possible to identify design flaws, operational limitations, and hidden risks before go-live of the critical environment.
