Long-duration tests carry a specific type of risk. Over 120 continuous hours (5 days), thermal variations and electrical oscillations can invalidate a test and/or commissioning. There is no room for interruption or correction in the middle of the process, much less equipment failure. When the window begins, it must be completed — any deviation invalidates and compromises the entire plan.
This project required exactly that: continuous load application for 5 days uninterrupted, without instability and without behavioral variation. The configuration we decided to adopt used 200 kW sets at 415 V, formed from 100 kW units operating in parallel, adjusted to sustain the scenario without compromising thermal or electrical balance throughout execution.

The test was completed within the planned window, with full stability and without need for corrective intervention. The project followed schedule, certification was achieved, and the environment was validated in continuous operation exactly as it should be when you hire a company like ours.
